The staff was very friendly in all services. The room was big, there where satellite TV, climate control, and a refrigerator. I had a separate bedroom and a handy kitchenette.

my favourite property in protaras. clean place with really helpful and very pleasant staff members and surroundings views. a huge variety of fabulous food for meals. relatively quiet setting, minute walk from restaurants and cafes. modest restaurant a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. free parking right outside provided.

The hotel offers a variety of delicious food options for breakfast and snacks throughout the day. the staff are friendly and the pool is clean. the rooms are spacious and have comfortable beds, with regular cleaning and towel changes. the location is convenient, with shops, pubs, and restaurants nearby. Close proximity to beautiful beaches.

Overall it is an excellent hotel and we loved the stay, the location was perfect close to everything. Big size rooms, that have essentials you need. The staff is really helpful and very pleasant at all the levels.

The playground had a variety of fun and safe equipment, perfect for kids of all ages. The kids spent hours playing and making new friends. It was a real highlight of our stay!

For dads it would be great if there were more outdoor seating areas near the playground.

One of the highlights of my stay was the stunning views that the apartments at Pinelopi Beach offer. Waking up every morning to the panoramic views of the surrounding area and the sparkling Mediterranean Sea was truly breathtaking. It felt like having my own little slice of paradise, with a private balcony to soak it all in. The bright and spacious units opened out to the private balconies, allowing me to enjoy the beautiful scenery from the comfort of my own room. It was like living in a postcard!

The location of Penelope Beach Hotel Apts is beautiful and absolutely perfect, situated just off Illinois beach and close to a supermarket. the hotel offers a wide array of great options for meals. the venue is fairly clean, and the employees are polite.

Big, comfy rooms with nice views and daily cleaning. Polite staff. Beautiful pool area. Steps away from beaches and nice beach bar.

The AC remote was hidden for two days, but hey, who needs AC in 35C heat anyway? The breakfast: watery coffee and scarce utensils.

Loved the poolside bar and beach bar. Apartments had great views. Free WiFi and parking. Mini markets, bars, and restaurants nearby. I had a blast playing billiards. The seasonal outdoor pool was fantastic. Enjoyed the on-site bar and the sun terrace.

Oh, and how could I forget the hairdryer that wasn't there. Such a shame.
